Mark as resolved

Use the mark as resolved tool to close conversations after the agent has successfully addressed the user’s request.

How it works

When triggered, this tool updates the conversation status to resolved in your dashboard. This helps you track completed interactions and maintain a clean conversation history.

When to use it

Mark conversations as resolved when:
  • The agent has answered the user’s question
  • A support request has been fulfilled
  • A task or issue has been completed
  • No further action is needed

Configuration

Enable the mark as resolved tool in your agent’s Tools settings. Once active, the agent can use it automatically when appropriate or on explicit user request.
